The Town of Bassendean is inviting the community to share feedback on the current locations of dog on‑lead, off‑lead and dog‑prohibited areas across our parks and reserves.
Our parks are shared spaces used by dog owners, families, walkers and wildlife. Getting the balance right matters and this consultation gives you the opportunity to tell us what’s working well and where improvements could be made.
Whether you’re a dog owner, a regular park user, or someone who values safe and enjoyable shared public spaces, your feedback will help guide future planning, signage improvements and the ongoing management of our open spaces.
The consultation relates to existing dog access locations only and will help inform how these areas are managed into the future.
Have your say
Consultation is now open and closes at 4pm on Monday 18 May.
Everyone is welcome to participate – you don’t need to own a dog to have your say.
