Bassendean Volunteer Centre

Thank you for considering volunteering! You have taken the first step towards sharing your skills, passion and making a difference in your community.

The Bassendean Volunteer Centre is an initiative of the Town of Bassendean to support volunteering in our community. Staffed by the Community Development Officer (Volunteer Services) and a team of volunteers, the Centre provides:

  • A central link for volunteer enquiries and referrals to community groups and the Council Volunteer Program;
  • promotion of volunteering opportunities and the benefits of volunteering;
  • training and information sharing opportunities for community organisations; and
  • Support for community groups to recruit, manage and retain volunteers.

If you would like to become a volunteer, please contact us at the Volunteer Centre or view the online resources.
