The Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage is inviting community feedback on a proposed Residential Apartments (Social and Affordable Housing) development at No. 1 Park Lane, Bassendean.
The proposal is being assessed under the Metropolitan Region Scheme, and public consultation forms an important part of the planning process.
The proposed development includes:
- 73 social and affordable housing apartments
- One incidental office
- Indoor and outdoor communal spaces for residents
- On-site parking, including 54 standard car bays and 46 bicycle bays
- Landscaping and ancillary service areas
The development aims to provide social and affordable housing while incorporating shared spaces and active transport facilities.
