Expressions of Interest (EOI) will open on the 21 September 2026 for eligible not-for-profit providers interested in operating the well-established Wind in the Willows Early Childhood Education service in Bassendean and Ashfield.

Marketed by Hexa Commercial, the opportunity includes the freehold and leasehold of the Bassendean centre and leasehold business opportunity for the Ashfield centre, which currently operate as one integrated childcare service. Together, the centres provide up to 90 licensed childcare places, with 55 places in Bassendean and 35 in Ashfield. 

The opportunity is being offered exclusively to not-for-profit providers that hold or are eligible to obtain provider approval. 

Expression of Interests will close at 4:00pm (AWST) on Thursday 15 October 2026.
