The Town of Bassendean invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from community groups and not for profit organisations seeking short-term use of an office/workshop space at 50 Old Perth Rd, Bassendean.

This is a small open space with kitchenette, adjoining office or storage space to accommodate up to 50 people.

This EOI is open to:

• Not-for-profit organisations
• Community groups
• Arts, crafts, cultural, recreational, or social groups
• Parent and children’s groups

Available: 28 September 2026 for an estimated two (2) year period with possible extensions by negotiation thereafter.

Submissions close Friday 11 September 2026 11.00 a.m. AWST.

Paper copy or postal submissions will not be accepted.

Canvassing of Elected members will disqualify respondents from further consideration.
