The Town of Bassendean’s Customer Service Centre has relocated to Bassendean Memorial Library, creating a convenient one-stop-shop for all your local government needs.

Residents will be able to access the full range of Customer Service enquiries, payments and information as before, but now in one place alongside library services.

Bringing Customer Service and the Library together makes it easier for residents to take care of multiple matters in one visit, while also helping to raise awareness of the Town’s programs and community activities.

The move has also enabled several improvements, including a new meeting room, a dedicated customer service counter and refreshed library front desk to enhance safety and security.

Customer Service and Library opening hours, phone number and email address remain the same.
