On Saturday and Sunday, 7–8 November 2026, the Town of Bassendean will open its doors to a free, family-friendly weekend of art, inviting visitors to explore the vibrant studios of local artists.

Now a highlight on Perth’s cultural calendar, Bassendean Open Studios offers a unique behind-the-scenes experience.

Visitors can meet the artists, explore their creative spaces, and witness the artistic process firsthand, an intimacy rarely available in traditional galleries. From painting, sculpture, and ceramics to jewellery, printmaking, murals, and mixed media, there’s something for everyone.
