Affordable and Social Housing Development - 1 Park Lane Bassendean
The Affordable and Social Housing Development at 1 Park Lane (currently Wilson Street car park) in Bassendean is a WA Government project.
The project is being led and managed by Development WA, with PACT Construction as the builder.
The proposed development includes:
- 73 apartments: 58 affordable and 15 social
- One incidental office
- Indoor and outdoor communal spaces for residents
- On-site parking, including 54 standard car bays and 46 bicycle bays
- Landscaping and ancillary service areas
The development aims to provide social and affordable housing while incorporating shared spaces and active transport facilities.
Construction is expected to commence late 2026.
