Council at its meeting of 28 June 2022 resolved to advertise a new draft Local Planning Policy – Rights of Way

The draft policy seeks to provide development standards for all development abutting Rights of Way, in addition to specific development requirements for either grouped or multiple dwellings.

Submissions should be lodged via [email protected]. Written submissions should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Town of Bassendean, PO Box 87, Bassendean WA  6934.  Submissions close 5:00pm Tuesday 2 August 2022. Any submissions received will be considered as part of the determination process and your submission will be publicly available in the Council Agenda.
