NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
A Special Meeting of Council was held at 6:25 pm on Wednesday 11 June 2025,
in the Council Chamber, Administration Building, 48 Old Perth Road, Bassendean.
The request to convene the meeting was received at 5.30pm on Wednesday, 11 June
2025, therefore an agenda could not be prepared.
The purpose of the meeting was for Council to reconsider their decision regarding
the EMRC from the 10 June 2025 Special Council Meeting, to provide for greater
flexibility and for the matter to remain confidential until such time as the CEO deems
appropriate.
Please note, that parts of this meeting was closed to the public, as the meeting
contained a confidential item which was be discussed by Council behind closed
doors, in accordance with s5.23 (2)(c) of the Local Government Act 1995.
