2026/27 Annual Budget Rates Incentives

eRates
Property owners registered for eRates by 14 August 2026 will go into a draw to win a $1,000 credit against their 2025/26 rates. Register for eRates.
Early Payment
Property owners who make full payment of their 2026/27 rates, service charges and waste services liability by 231August 2026, will go into a draw to win a $1,000 credit against their 2026/27 rates.
Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply:

1. The competition is open to all owners of rateable property within the Town of Bassendean, except as provided below.
2. The competition closes at 5.00pm Western Standard Time on Monday 31 August 2026.
3. Entry is automatic, with all eligible property owners going into the relevant draw(s) for each eligible property.
4. The eRates competition consists of one prize of $1,000.
5. The Early Payment competition consists of one prize of $1,000.
6. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.
7. To be eligible for either prize, the property owner must not have any outstanding debt due to the Town.
8. Town of Bassendean Councillors and employees are ineligible.
9. Property owners of property that has a rates exemption or full or partial waiver are ineligible.
10. The winners will be randomly selected and will be notified via the email address provided, with their names published on the Town’s website.
