Noting the significant community interest in the public notice “Disposal of Property”, and out of respect for the Special Meeting of Electors scheduled for Wednesday 25 March, I have requested that the administration:

• Release the confidential council reports and the confidential attachments in relation to this matter on Wednesday 18 March.
• Reschedule the Special Council Meeting scheduled for Tuesday 31 March to Thursday 9 April to allow the administration to consider the outcomes from the Special Meeting of Electors in the final report.
