Thinking about planning a verge garden and not sure where to start? This introductory workshop, for City of Bayswater and Town of Bassendean Residents, will guide you through some of the key elements of designing a verge garden using locally native species.

We'll cover species selection, planting and site preparation, council regulations and planning procedures to help you create an aesthetically pleasing garden that contributes to local biodiversity and an enhanced sense of place.

You'll also find out more about verge rebates available, accessing the Plants to Residents programs and requesting a street tree.
