Paddle UP! Introduction to Paddle Squad
Friday 6th February 2026
(Multiple Dates Between Friday 6th February 2026 & Friday 27th February 2026)
Joining Paddle Squad is simple and welcoming. We’ve created an inclusive program to cater for everyone, with heaps of support and guidance along the way. We have partnered with Rebound WA to include supports for physical disabilities, with para-adaptive kayaks and training.
Across four action-packed afternoons, kids will dive into the basics of kayaking in a safe, supportive, and super fun environment. It’s more than just paddling – it’s about building confidence, embracing challenges, and forming friendships on the water. There’s also end of semester chasers – a fun day out on the whitewater for some high adrenaline action end of semester one, and a Riverbend Camp at the end of semester two.
Whether your child is brand new to paddling or just keen to get moving outdoors, this course is designed to spark their enthusiasm and set them up for future adventures with Paddle Squad. Our experienced instructors create a welcoming space where kids can:
- Learn new skills through games and water-based activities
- Develop resilience and a sense of achievement
- Enjoy the thrill of being out on the river with their peers
We supply all the paddling gear – just bring a smile, a sense of adventure!
