The Town of Bassendean has received an application to develop a Waste Storage and Sorting Facility at No. 20 May Holman Drive, Bassendean.

Activities: Sorting and temporary storage of construction and demolition waste

Operating hours: 7.00am – 5.00pm (Monday to Friday)

Staff: Maximum of 6

Throughput: Maximum of 100 tonnes of construction/ demolition waste per day

Public comments are invited on, or before 4 February 2026. Comments must be made in writing via email at [email protected] or post to PO Box 87, Bassendean WA 6934.
