Volunteer Kickstart is a free two-day short course to launch or reinvigorate your volunteer program.
Join experts from Volunteering WA as they run their Leading the Way course, which has been specifically designed for volunteer managers/supervisors who work or volunteer in volunteer involving organisations.
The course is divided into four modules and delivered over two half days and provides pragmatic practices, tips, materials and best-practice approaches to launch or re-invigorate volunteer programs.
This is a free course sponsored by the City of Belmont, City of Swan and the Town of Bassendean to help and support the development of the ongoing effective management of volunteering programs. Volunteering WA will facilitate the training.

Module 1 - Building a Solid Foundation for your Volunteering Involving Organisation (VIO).
Module 2 - Connecting and re-connecting with Volunteers in your VIO

Wednesday 22 March 2023 - 10.00am-1.00pm
Module 3 - Supporting Volunteers in your VIO
Module 4 - Reviewing and Evaluating your Volunteer Management Program in your VIO
Refreshments will be available on both days.
