In this intensive design workshop, Town of Bassendean residents will be guided through the process of planning a waterwise verge garden using local native species. You are invited to bring an A3 sketch of your verge showing dimensions, the location of existing street trees, and other relevant information if known (e.g. sun orientation, slope, soil type, shade, position of underground pipes). You will be assisted by an experienced horticulturist and Town of Bassendean staff who can advise on council requirements and planning procedures.
