Old Perth Road Markets

Visit the Old Perth Road Markets in the heart of Bassendean with up to 100 stallholders who sell arts, crafts and produce that’s been lovingly handcrafted in WA. Amble through the street and fossick among the ever-changing mix of creative stallholders, food vendors and nearby cafes that sell tasty food. Since 2010, the Markets have been supported by the Town of Bassendean, Swan Valley Rotary Club and the Bassendean Mens Shed.

How do I get there?

The Old Perth Road Markets are located in Bassendean on BIC Reserve in between Guildford Road, Wilson Street and James Street.

We are right on the train line between Perth and Midland, and located opposite the Bassendean train station.

Easy parking, and bike racks available.

Toilets are located in the Bassendean Library (corner of Wilson Street and Old Perth Road) and behind the Council building on James Street.

You can refill your water bottle inside the Bassendean Library, use the water bubbler.

You are more than welcome to bring your furry friends, on a leash.
