Bassendean Markets

The Bassendean Markets are continuing under the management of Chaos Theory Events, with the support of the Town of Bassendean.

Visit the Bassendean Markets in the heart of Bassendean with up to 100 stallholders who sell arts, crafts and produce that’s been lovingly handcrafted in WA. Amble through the street and fossick among the ever-changing mix of creative stallholders, food vendors and nearby cafes that sell tasty food. Since 2010, the Markets have been supported by the Town of Bassendean, Swan Valley Rotary Club and the Bassendean Men's Shed.

From April to September, the Bassendean Markets are held on the last Sunday morning of each month on Old Perth Road, and from October to May they are held on the last Saturday evening of each month on the nearby BIC Reserve.

How do I get there?

We are right on the train line between Perth and Midland, and located opposite the Bassendean train station.

 Easy parking, and bike racks available.

 Toilets are located in the Bassendean Library (corner of Wilson Street and Old Perth Road) and behind the Council building on James Street.

 You can refill your water bottle inside the Bassendean Library, use the water bubbler.

 You are more than welcome to bring your furry friends, on a leash.
