Calling all would be (and experienced ) sewers. We are having our very own cosy sewers circle here at Bassendean Library. Come join us for coffee and cake while we sew and gossip. Don't be frightened off if you are not a sewer (I'm not) because we shall all learn together. We'll be making a scented sachet that can be used to hang inside wardrobes, drawers or even next to your pillow to help you sleep at night. Beginners can do a simplified version of the embroidery, and come sit by me.

This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with local people and relax in an atmosphere of fun and craftiness. Just sashay your way over to the library. (Couldn’t help myself)
