Bassendean Walking for Pleasure Group

Fun and Fitness in the outdoors - walking in company with others who enjoy taking in the environment whilst keeping fit.  

We meet each Monday morning 9.00am in and around the Bassendean area.
Also Monday and Wednesday 6.15pm and Saturday morning 8.00am.
We walk for approximately 1 hour.

North Bassendean Little Athletics Club (Est. 1971)

A small friendly Club with between 60-90 registered athletes each season.  Our athletes learn and develop basic athletic skills with the aim to be the best they can be and build confidence through participation.

We train throughout the summer season (September-March) on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons (4.30-6.00pm) at Jubilee Reserve, Eden Hill.

Athletes compete in a variety of track and field events each Saturday during the summer season.  These competitions are held at the Noranda Sporting Complex, Wylde Road, Noranda.  Our Club is registered with Kidsport.

Boccia in Bassendean - Get Involved!

Boccia is a target sport, like lawn bowls but played sitting down. Come and test your skills and join the fun!

Free introductory sessions on Mondays from 1 December 'til 19 January, 4pm-6pm, at Cyril Jackson Senior Campus, 53 Reid Street, Bassendean.

Boccia is played competitively by people with neurological and/or neuromuscular disabilities.  However, socially anyone can play.

Hampton Park Scout Group

The Hampton Park Scout Group offers a scouting programme for youth from ages 6-26.  They have Joeys Cubs Scouts, Venturers and Rovers and have terrivic fun and adventures whilst building character and learning leadership and teamwork.
