Whilst Councillors are prohibited from involvement in the Administration of the Local Government, there are times when as a ratepayer, you may want to discuss a complaint or an issue with a Councillor. It is important that these issues are passed to the Administration either directly or through the Councillor so they may be addressed.
Councillors can advise you that your issue will be dealt with but are unable to make promises or commitments about what action will be taken as this is beyond their powers.
