Infringements

Received an infringement?

If you have received an infringement you must write to the CEO at the Town of Bassendean within 28 days upon receiving the infringement and express why you would like the infringement reviewed and request it be withdrawn.

The postal address you need to send your letter to is on the front of the infringement.

In your letter outline the infringement number and when you got it and explain the circumstances why you contravened the local laws or Acts. Council will investigate the issue and respond to you in writing within 10 days.
