As they do here in Ashfield, Bassendean and Eden Hill!As part of our growing service to “Connect our Community” we here at the Volunteer Centre are inviting you the Community Groups to join us.
During the next few weeks you will be receiving a membership pack to link in with our services and connect. It’s free and a way of our service getting to know more about what you do and then linking people in with your group as Volunteers/Members.
A big part of this “Connection” is the promotion of all our Volunteers and what they do. To help us celebrate National Volunteer Week 2008 on the 12–14 May we would like to invite you and your Volunteers to submit some of your Volunteer stories. Who they are? How did they get involved? What do they do? And what do they get out of Volunteering? Forms will be included in the information pack, with further copies available from our office.
Submissions close Wednesday 30th April 2008.
Please give our office a call on 9377 2191 if you would like to know more.
