The Town has commissioned a refreshed set of number plates featuring the updated Town logo. The striking new logo has been reproduced in a single colour on the plates and the slogan “Bassendean—Home by the Swan” has been reproduced in black on the plate to give a better contrast.
Order forms and available plate numbers for these distinctive Bassendean number plates can be obtained from the Bassendean Memorial Library at 46 Old Perth Road, Bassendean, where a sample copy of the number plate is on display. These special series number plates are now also available as a single plate for trailers and caravans—so now both your car and van can be Bassendean plated and shown off as you travel around.
If you are looking at changing your existing Bassendean special series plates over to the new logo and new look plate, the cost is a modest $85. A new number plate set (2) is priced at $198. The single plate is priced at $130.
The Library’s phone number is 9279 2966 , the fax number is 9279 1869 and the web site address is www.bassendean.wa.gov.au/library.
Express your pride in belonging to the Town of Bassendean and display a set of ‘Bassendean—Home by the Swan’ special series number plates on your vehicle.
