Volunteer Centre
Volunteering
The Town of Bassendean supports a volunteer centre which plays an integral part in the community. Volunteering is about putting that spare time to good use, making contacts and building self-confidence and self worth.
Its about staying active, socialising and gaining friends for life. Its about getting involved, participating and making a difference in the community you live in. Its about learning new skills, sharing life experiences and helping others. Volunteering in WA is about contributing to the health and wellbeing of the community.
The Bassendean Volunteer Centre is a member of the Volunteer Resource Centre Alliance of WA.
