Customer Service Centre

The Bassendean Customer Service Centre is an interactive “one-stop-shop” where the community can conduct a range of council business assisted by multi-skilled staff members using up-to-date information technology.

The Centre has got the ‘thumbs up” from the community, eliciting a range of positive community feedback about the improved accessibility and more professional-looking public counter.

Services

The Customer Service Centre responds to requests for information and advice from the community and residents on services provided by the Town including:

Telephone enquiries
Hall and Facility bookings
Leisure course bookings
Rates accounts
Information for Settlement Agents
Customer Requests, Compliments and Complaints.
